Shipping & Delivery
Our orders are fulfilled by, but not limited to, the following carriers: UPS, USPS and FedEx. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping. Items in stock will usually take 2-3 business days to be shipped. Custom bats usually take 1-2 weeks before they ship. Please check in advance. Repair work is usually completed in 7-10 days. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Replacements
The item can only be returned or replaced within 30 days of your purchase. Your purchased item must be in original unused condition to be returned. Some items, such as custom bats, due to the nature of the product cannot be returned unless faulty. Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. The shipping cost to return or exchange an item is paid by the customer. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid for on the order.
